PucaChicta community projects
The community has successfully started one project, growing over 100 chickens, donated to and taken care of by the church members. They are also hard at work, digging a pool in which they can grow fish to sell, as well! These are projects set to raise money for the building supplies to build the church wall, and for other needs that the church may have. Please keep them in your prayers, that no sickness comes, and they can sell the chickens and fish at a good rate!

Libios upcoming trip into the jungle
Please keep Libio in your prayers as he just came back from ministering in the village of Gualpi, working with the Samaritan's Purse outreach in the surrounding communities. He will be traveling back to the Huaroni villages in the jungle in the middle of this month to share the word and touch base with the Christian leaders there. Please pray for open doors and safety!

Continued work on the church building in PucaChicta
Now that the church family is meeting under the church roof, they have started to work and save up for the cement blocks to build the walls! Slowly but surely, as God provides, they buy more blocks and store them under the roof, until they have what is needed to build the walls! This community, guided by Luis Ivan and Edilma, whom we left over them as church leaders, has a very great sense of ownership, which is always something that can be difficult on the mission field. So

Village outreach
Pastor Josue and his wife continue to reach out to the native villages and communities around Arichidona, Tena, ArosemanaTola, etc, visiting and sharing the word! Please continue to keep them in your prayers always, for God's provision and continued faithfulness as they preach the word and at times face demonic oppression. Satan does not want to give up his control over these lost souls, but God has won the victory!

Boys Soccer!
Although not as big a part of the culture as in Ecaudor, the boys still get to be a part of soccer up here as well! Since school has a soccer team, they both joined..although Daniel is not as interested as he used to be in soccer. They had a good time this season..not many games, since the season was changed, and other schools had confilcts, but it was still a fun time!

ArosamenaTola churchplant update
The church continues to grow! The new pastors have been living in the town for several months, and the church is now renting another location right in the center of the town! Please continue to pray as God brings up several of the youth to assist with music, singing, and other ministry opportunities!

Visiting a part of our Ecuadorian church here in the US!
The Hispanic church that we are a part of in Ecuador and Peru, also has churches planted here in the US, in areas that have a large Spanish-speaking population. We were able to visit and share at one of these on the outskirts of Nashville today, before heading back home from the CAS State finals the kids participated in this week. It was a blessing to share with them and worship in Spanish again!

CSA State finals
The boys had an amazing time at the state finals, competing in the different areas as individuals and groups that they had qualified earlier this year. They really enjoyed it, and as groups, their grades placed first in several different areas, including handbells and choir. Daniel also placed second in the state for Chess as well! We are proud of them, and also very happy to see them use their abilities in ways that honor God and lift His name!
