Baptisms in Puyo

It was a privelege to have Pastor Carlos Marchan ask me to assist him with the baptisms that they had for the churches 28th anniversary.

Friday evening we were able to attend the first night church service for the first night of the anniversary of the MMM church in Puyo, and Saturday the pastor asked me to assist him with the baptisms that they had.

To be baptized were a couple whom God had restored their marriage, and two of the pastors children.

The Baptisms where going to be held in one of the nearby rivers, but because of the recent rains it had grown and was very swift and dirty, so arrangements were made to baptize in a nearby pool, which is filled just with rainwater, so it was very cold! The pool also was deep, coming up to our armpits, so we did not have to lean the people to far back before they were totally under!!

Daniel also had fun throwing his toy cars into the pool, and making Daddy fish them out!!!

What a blessing to serve the Lord together as a family, at times I have to travel to different places by myself, so it is great to be able to be together in the ministry that we do!
