Out of combat & getting some needed rest!

Well, the last couple of days have been a bit hard for us. Both Cinthia and I are not doing too good healthwise; thankfuly Daniel still is doing good, and my mother in law is here to help take care of him.

Cinthia has been having a few problems recently with the pregnancy, and we would like your prayers with us for that. Thankfuly, the baby is fine and healthy, the sonogram taken yesterday shows a healthy boy of 30 weeks, a little more than the babys age by LMP. Believe it or not, what seems to be the problem, unlike with Daniel, is that the baby is too big and healthy!! The baby is a little bigger than normal at this stage, which makes sense considering my size compared to Cinthias, and we think that this is what's causing her to be so much bigger, and the weight is adding to the discomfort and seems to be positioning the baby for an early delivery. We know that God has control of everything, and ask that you continue to join with us in prayer for this.

I have been having some throat problems recently, and in the last couple of days my throught glands have become inflamed. Late Monday evening I woke up with a fever and shakes, I believe from dehydration because of the infection. So, for the first time in the 7 months here, I have had to take a couple of days off to get better. God knows what's best, and also knows how to get me to get the rest I need! It has been good to rest up, drink lots of liquid and spend time with my family here, as well as catch up on some much needed contacting and email writing! I now feel much better, and tomorrow will head back to the orphanage.

Please continue to pray for Gods protection and guidance in this pregnancy, and the assurance that he has control of everything. Also, please join with us for His provision for a very likely early birth.
