Childrens day out
Today we had a school outing at Casa de Fe. It was a great fun day, were we went exploring some caves, climbing a 30M tall tree house, canoeing, and doing a little bit of swimming in the rain!! The children had a blast, and it definitely was a lot of fun!! Needless to say, they all got home very tired, some of them even opting out of lunch to go straight to bed!! thankfully, we did give them a special treat for snack, that we provided, and they all ate a lot of that!
Daniel really enjoyed that time, and he climbed all the way up to the top of the tree!! The first trip up he only went half way, and then said he was scared and didn't want to go up any farther, and so went back down with me, his teacher, and all the kids his age. But then he tells his teacher that he is no longer scared of heights, and wants to go all the way to the top! She's scared of heights too, but was very good about it and took him all the way up to the top. He really enjoyed that day, and since always says 'I am no longer afraid of heights'
