Youth lock in!!

We have been getting more involved with assisting the different youth ministries in several nearby churches, teaching, doing special events, etc. A few months ago we started planning a big event for this last Saturday, inviting adolescents and youth from a number of different local, community and neighboring city churches. And it was A BLAST!! Even with none of the churches from neighboring cities participating, we had almost 80 adolescents and youth from at least 5 different churches/communities.

It was an all day event, starting with breakfast, including songs and worship, games, group sessions, specific teaching, lunch more games and preaching! It definitely made an impact on a number of the adolescents and youth. We had a great team that helped, including another young missionary lady, a couple of local ladies that assisted with the meals, and the local youth group that helped with decoration and clean up!
